QA/QC Outside Factory/ Nhân viên Giám sát Chất lượng Nhà máy

1. Job Purpose

To ensure garment quality meets customer requirements and company standards throughout the production process at external sewing and washing factories, from pre-production to final inspection.

2. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Quality Planning

• Review ISS (Internal Sizeset) before and after wash for quality and measurements.
• Participate in PP meetings and provide quality risk assessments.
• Coordinate corrective action plans with factories and internal teams.

Production Quality Control

• Monitor cutting, sewing, washing, and packing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect fabric defects, shading, panel replacements, workmanship, measurements, and wash results.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve quality issues throughout production.

Factory Inspection

• Conduct inline inspections at sewing and washing factories.
• Approve packing samples and production corrections.
• Perform pre-final inspections (50%-70% packed) and final inspections (100% packed).

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare inspection reports and update quality status in the WFX system.
• Communicate inspection results and quality issues to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

Kiểm soát chất lượng trước sản xuất

• Kiểm tra ISS (Internal Sizeset) trước và sau wash về chất lượng và thông số.
• Tham gia họp PP và đánh giá các rủi ro chất lượng trong sản xuất.
• Phối hợp với nhà máy và các bộ phận liên quan để đưa ra giải pháp khắc phục các vấn đề phát sinh.

Kiểm soát chất lượng trong sản xuất

• Giám sát quy trình cắt, may, wash và đóng gói theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
• Kiểm tra lỗi vải, lệch màu (shading), thay thế panel, tay nghề may, thông số và chất lượng sau wash.
• Phát hiện, xử lý và theo dõi các vấn đề chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất.

Kiểm tra tại nhà máy

• Thực hiện kiểm tra Inline tại các nhà máy may và wash.
• Kiểm tra, phê duyệt mẫu đóng gói và các biện pháp khắc phục lỗi.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra Pre-final (50%-70% hàng đóng gói) và Final Inspection (100% hàng đóng gói).

Báo cáo & Hồ sơ

• Lập báo cáo kiểm hàng và cập nhật kết quả trên hệ thống WFX.
• Cập nhật tình trạng chất lượng cho khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ và tài liệu chất lượng theo quy định.

Công việc khác

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Quản lý QA/QC.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment industry.
• Experience with denim products is highly preferred.
• Experience working directly with external factories is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to measure garments accurately and evaluate workmanship.
• Understanding of sewing, washing, finishing, and packing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Language

• Ability to read and understand English technical documents and quality standards.
