QA/QC Supervisor

• Conduct quality control for raw materials, WIP, and stock across production and warehouse areas

• Perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials and shipments

• Report quality issues or abnormalities to QFS Assistant Manager with corrective actions

• Maintain accurate inspection records in system/database and physical/digital formats

• Manage non-conforming products via Hold & Release process

• Participate in and coach teams on root cause analysis (NCR/CAPA) for complaints, audits, and deviations

• Create, support, and/or approve SOPs, work instructions, and quality methodologies

• Drive GMP compliance through audits and daily coaching of operational teams

• Support quality and testing requirements in new projects

• Promote and embed a strong Food Safety & Quality culture

• Conduct internal audits and review plant Quality records for accuracy and compliance

• Act as quality liaison within the section team, balancing business and quality priorities

• Support and deliver training/coaching on product quality, process control, and QMS

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology, Biology/Microbiology, or Chemical Technology

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC or Production roles

• At least 1 year in a similar or relevant position
