Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess Current Processes: Conduct a thorough review of the existing quality control processes in place for tactical apparel production. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

2. Define Quality Standards: Establish clear and measurable quality standards for tactical apparel, including criteria for materials, construction, durability, performance, and safety.

3. Create Quality Control Checkpoints: Develop checkpoints at various stages of production to inspect and evaluate the quality of materials, workmanship, and finished products. This may include fabric inspection, stitching quality checks, fitting assessments, and functional testing.

4. Implement Testing Protocols: Define testing protocols for validating the performance and durability of tactical apparel. This may involve conducting tests for abrasion resistance, tear strength, colorfastness, water repellency, and other relevant factors.

5. Train Staff: Provide training to production teams, quality inspectors, and other relevant personnel on the new quality control processes and procedures. Ensure that everyone understands the importance of quality standards and their role in upholding them.

6. Document Procedures: Create detailed documentation outlining the quality control processes, procedures, and testing protocols. This documentation should be easily accessible to all team members for reference and compliance.

7. Monitor and Analyze Results: Regularly monitor quality control checkpoints and analyze the results to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously enhance quality control processes.

8. Collaborate with Manufacturers: Work closely with manufacturers to ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production. Establish clear communication channels and expectations for quality control.

9. Inspection: Conduct Pre-Final and Final Inspections.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles.

· Expertise: Specialized expertise in fabric inspection.

· Age: Between 25 and 40 years old.

· Travel Requirement: Must be able to stay out of the province to work from Monday to Saturday.
