QA Senior Compliance Officer

Job Description

1. Supply chain sustainability management response to customer portal request such as Assent for RH, AT

- Product compliance (DSL) submission on customer compliance portal where requested

- Making declaration of compliance (DOC) to customer portal align with testing and supplier DOC

2. Tool control & Calibration Management

- Issue SOP/ Procedure/ WI for Quality & Manufacturing measurement tools control & calibration Management

- External & Internal calibration Control Plan & Schedule

- Tool & equipment using, maintaining, caring, operating, accuracy training

- Internal calibrate tools/equipment conducting & auditing

3. QAD SOP Control, Maintain, Update, Revise, Issue Management

- Issue new SOP/Procedure/WI for QA department, which is adding, requesting, relating to BPM

- Revise, update and maintain SOP/Procedure/WI to be loaded in DCC/DMS

- Audit SOP and support in SOP training to departments which is relating to

4. QAD Document Control Management/ DMS Digital Tool

- Support QA Manager to develop digital DMS project

- Support QA Manager in transformation SOP to IT language programing code

- QAD document re-organization, collect history documents to be organized for audit such as Custom Audit, Customer Audit

- Training support to all departments

Job Requirement

- Education & Major: University / College

- English level: Advanced

- Experience in Furniture Manufacturing Industrial is preferable

- Process Procedure Knowledge is preferable
