Job Description

  • Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory-wide Quality Management System (QMS), OGSM framework, and KPI governance to align with corporate quality strategy.
  • Own the development and cascade of OGSM, while co-leading the definition of action plans and performance KPIs for the factory, in line with the assigned QA vertical scope.
  • Drive a strong customer-centric quality culture by systematically collecting, analyzing, and translating customer feedback into organization-wide improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and govern the deployment of QA OGSM and KPI systems at the factory level; ensure sustainability and continuous enhancement of Quality Management and Food Safety & Hygiene systems in response to business growth and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance and continuous maintenance of all required factory certifications; act as the company’s official representative in engagements with regulatory authorities on product quality and food safety compliance.
  • Strategically plan and take full accountability for the Group Quality Internal Audit Program across Masan companies and factories.
  • Oversee and ensure timely closure and effectiveness of all Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions (CAPA) arising from internal quality audits.
  • Lead and participate in supplier and subcontractor qualification, evaluation, and audit programs to ensure supply chain quality assurance.
  • Proactively monitor and update product, raw material, and packaging standards for assigned product categories across both domestic and export markets, ensuring regulatory and customer compliance.
  • Provide governance and direction for the development, review, and update of corporate-quality documentation, including guidelines, policies, standard procedures, and the Quality Manual for MCH, as assigned by QA MCH leadership.
  • Take ownership for the deployment and effective implementation of the QLOne quality application across factories based on operational needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams by delivering quality mindset training and capability-building programs aimed at cost optimization, risk reduction, and profitability improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or Quality Management.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in Quality Management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Quality Manager / Head of Quality) within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership competencies, including strategic communication, problem-solving, governance and control, people leadership, delegation, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) and advanced capability in office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under high-pressure environments, with strong technical depth and business acumen.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and governing quality and food safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, Halal, FDA, FSSC, and related standards.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in quality management integration.
