QA Senior Staff - Nhân viên quản lý chất lượng

1. Ensure all finished goods meet customer specifications and internal quality standards prior to shipment/ Đảm bảo tất cả thành phẩm đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật của khách hàng và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ trước khi giao hàng.
2. Monitor and control quality throughout the production process to prevent defects and ensure compliance/ Giám sát và kiểm soát chất lượng trong suốt quá trình sản xuất để ngăn ngừa lỗi và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định.
3. Manage and approve lot segregation, disposition, and traceability when abnormalities or non-conformances occur./ Quản lý và phê duyệt việc phân loại, xử lý và truy xuất nguồn gốc lô hàng khi xảy ra bất thường hoặc không phù hợp.
4.Identify, document, and lead corrective and preventive actions for process deviations and quality issues./ Xác định, ghi nhận và dẫn dắt các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa đối với các sai lệch quy trình và vấn đề chất lượng.
5. Team Coordination , guide cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems promptly and effectively./ Phối hợp nhóm, hướng dẫn các nhóm chức năng khác nhau để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
6.Follow up on corrective actions, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness to prevent recurrence./ Theo dõi các hành động khắc phục, giám sát tiến độ và đánh giá hiệu quả để ngăn ngừa tái diễn.
7. Collect, analyze, and summarize quality performance data; prepare and present reports to management./ Thu thập, phân tích và tóm tắt dữ liệu hiệu suất chất lượng; chuẩn bị và trình bày báo cáo cho ban quản lý.
8. Oversee quality assurance during start-up phases, pilot runs, and new product introduction./ Giám sát đảm bảo chất lượng trong các giai đoạn khởi động, chạy thử nghiệm và giới thiệu sản phẩm mới.
9.  Conduct risk assessments and quality evaluations for new products before mass production./ Tiến hành đánh giá rủi ro và đánh giá chất lượng cho các sản phẩm mới trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
10. Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with industry standards./ Thúc đẩy các sáng kiến ​​để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, hiệu quả quy trình và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ngành.

12. Carry out tasks as assigned by superiors/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được cấp trên giao

1. Skilled in applying the 7 QC tools in quality management.  

2. Knowledgeable about the flow of products across different manufacturing stages

3. Knowledgeable about the workflow for managing non-conforming goods

4. Able to solve quality issues. Understand the workflow to capture and handle information, and prepare reports. Proficient in reading drawings and raw material technical specifications

5. Skilled at analyzing PQC and check sheets for process quality control

6. Knowledgeable about ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems

7. Experienced in at least one of the following technical fields: injection molding, welding/molding dies, stamping dies, plating, PWB (printed wiring board), electronics, or printing

8. Capable of understanding technical documentation in Japanese and English languages
