QA Senior Supervisor

• Quản lý quá trình kiểm tra xuất hàng / Manage the process of inspection and shipment.
• Đảm nhiệm cải thiện than phiền/ yêu cầu chất lượng từ thị trường / Handle the improvement of complaints/quality requests from the market.
• Quản lý các hành động khắc phục phòng ngừa liên quan chất lượng sản phẩm (NHS)/ Manage corrective and preventive actions related to product quality (NHS).
• Đảm nhận hoạt động QMS xây dựng trình tự và quy trình tự tuân thủ theo quy định và các quy trình nghiệp vụ liên quan / Oversee QMS activities, establish procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and related business processes.
• Chủ quản họp chất lượng / Lead quality meetings.
• Tham gia quản lý rủi ro (tham gia nhóm FMEA, 4M) / Participate in risk management (engage in FMEA and 4M teams).
• Quản lý hoạt động khoanh vùng và xúc tiến hành động nhanh cho các sự cố chất lượng/ Manage the containment and expedite actions for quality incidents.
• Quản lý đầu kỳ, quản lý các báo cáo hàng mới và báo cáo khách hàng / Oversee early-stage management, manage new product reports, and customer reports.
• Hỗ trợ đánh giá NCC về QMS/CMS​ / Support the evaluation of suppliers regarding QMS/CMS.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên/ Graduated with college degree

Sử dụng Tiếng Anh TOEIC 700 hoặc tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên/ Proficient in English with TOEIC score of 700 or higher and JLPT N3 or higher

3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng bao gồm IE, QC3 và ISO 9001 / 3 years of experience in quality management, including IE, QC3, and ISO 9001.

Phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề 5WHY/ Ability to analyze and solve problem using 5WHY method

Kỹ năng đào tạo, thương lượng, FMEA và làm việc nhóm/ Skills in training, negotiation, FMEA, and teamwork
