Job Description

Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
Monitor and inspect products and services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues.
Conduct audits and inspections.
Train and supervise QA staff.
Maintain QA records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to improve quality.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
