Participate in root cause investigations and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), including investigation of complaints, internal/external audits, and reports to management in a timely basis
Support leadership in implementing corrective actions and providing reports to management
Investigate and follow up on food safety incidents that occur in the plant to ensure they are reported and that corrective action and permanent corrections are taken
Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Handle all non-conformance related to vendors/suppliers
Influence and partner with cross functional peers, effectively communicating how Food Safety supports our company values
Implement a Food Safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
