Job Description

  • Participate in root cause investigations and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), including investigation of complaints, internal/external audits, and reports to management in a timely basis 

  • Support leadership in implementing corrective actions and providing reports to management 

  • Investigate and follow up on food safety incidents that occur in the plant to ensure they are reported and that corrective action and permanent corrections are taken 

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication 

  • Handle all non-conformance related to vendors/suppliers 

  • Influence and partner with cross functional peers, effectively communicating how Food Safety supports our company values 

  • Implement a Food Safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization 

  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in major of Food science or technology, biology & microbiology, or chemical technology 
  • Experience: minimum 2 years of working experience in QA/QC position
