Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Inspection Schedule with Clients, follow up the progress of inspection and provide feedback or solve the abnormal issues from inspection
- Complete self-check report by following the requirement of Clients, e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Momax, etc.
- Assist on Quality Audits, e.g. ISO9001, FSC Audits and submit CAPA after audits
- In charge of third-party tests for new products and annual tests for regular products
- Make Daily statistics and report of abnormal quality data from production
- Assist superiors in summarizing customer complaints records and filing
- Responsible for daily factory inspection data statistics and follow up solving of the issues
- Assist in handling the composing, updating, and maintenance of quality system documents
- Update the monthly quality inspection report.
