QC Engineer

•Conduct daily and weekly analysis and summary of reports related to the performance of DRR/FTQ/DPU indicators to report to the manager to decide next action plan

• Organize quality meetings to ask stakeholders to request submit the causes, action and action plans

• Coordinate with ME engineer,QC, production, relevant departments to control change points to ensure control of both quality and output

• Participate in setting up MES and BOP systems for QA operations on the line

• Participate in requesting and promoting quality feedback activities at QA station

• Participate in CVIS (completed vehicle inspection standards) review activities, PFMEA review & feedback to QA's work instructions

• Participate in setting standards, quality control, reporting issue to the system, organizing meetings with stakeholders to  improvements quality in the process of developing new models

• Participate in the development of departmental processes and regulations (if necessary)

• Support the issuance of work instructions (SOS/JES) on the system

• Perform tasks follow the request from the Group Leader, Shift Manager, Manager

1. Education/Professional Qualification:

• Graduated from at least University or higher (related fields of engineering, quality management)

• English: listen, speak, read, and write fluently

• Have knowledge of the automobile manufacturing and assembly industry (an advantage)

2. Skills and experience:

• Have at least 2 year of experience in the field of quality management of automobile/motorbike exports or manufacturing plants.

• Good office computer skills (MS office) and experience using Teamcener/MES/SAP/Minitab software (an advantage)

• Read and understand technical drawings well

• Ability to work independently, in groups and in a high pressure environment.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing work requirements
