QC Leader – ERP System

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Leader for our ERP system to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of ERP software implementations and upgrades. The QC Leader will be responsible for leading ERP testing efforts, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control & Testing

• Develop and implement QA/QC strategies for ERP system testing.
• Create, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR).
• Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate ERP performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct data validation and integrity checks to maintain system accuracy.

2. ERP System Monitoring & Compliance

• Ensure ERP processes adhere to business requirements, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
• Monitor ERP performance, identifying and mitigating risks in data processing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues and drive corrective actions.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with ERP developers, business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to optimize system functionality.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with key stakeholders to validate system updates and changes.
• Provide training and guidance to QC team members and end-users on ERP testing procedures.

4. Continuous Improvement & Documentation

• Develop and maintain QC documentation, including test reports, issue logs, and SOPs.
• Implement automation tools for testing and monitoring ERP system performance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance ERP efficiency and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite).
• Hands-on experience with ERP testing methodologies, test automation tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and performance testing tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP quality control/testing.
• Experience in leading QC teams and ERP implementation projects is preferred
