QC LEADER

Job Purpose

• QC Leader is responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict technical specifications and quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. This role combines high-precision dimensional inspection with supervisory duties, including staff training, equipment calibration, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of products using measuring instruments.
• Verify product dimensions and specifications against technical drawings and requirements.
• Ensure measurement accuracy through calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
• Participate in quality control during pre-production and pilot production stages.
• Receive and ensure that inspection standards used in the factory are valid and properly applied.
• Conduct 100% inspection of products at each stage according to standards to ensure final delivery quality.
• Prepare corresponding inspection records, including MES entries, and determine product status accordingly.
• Monitor production activities, propose improvements based on abnormal findings, and verify corrective actions to ensure production efficiency in line with standards.
• Conduct training and staff evaluations according to training plans to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
• Deliver periodic quality awareness training to junior quality staff to improve professional competency.

• College degree or higher, preferably in an engineering major.
• Basic English knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with or a positive mindset toward processes (especially technical process knowledge).
• Experience in managing functional testing equipment (mechanical industry) is preferred.
• Logical thinking and the ability to analyze quality data are mandatory.
