Job Description

  • Organize, manage, and supervise quality control activities at each stage of the production process; ensure that inspection guidelines, standards, and methods are properly and consistently implemented.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance and promptly prevent or resolve errors, ensuring production and construction meet quality standards and project timelines
  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the QC team, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of approved goods.
  • Build, develop and manage the quality control system to ensure that incoming materials and outgoing products meet technical standards and customer requirements.
  • Propose and implement improvement activities to optimize production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead the receipt, classification, and handling of nonconforming products arising during the production process; coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
  • Plan and participate in internal and external audits related to the company’s quality management system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop, improve, and update inspection standards, work instructions, and QC forms in alignment with actual production conditions.
  • Coordinate with the QA Manager and relevant departments in internal audits, customer audits, and audits/assessments conducted by external authorities or organizations related to product quality.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from a University or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering/ Quality Management, or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QC within a manufacturing or construction company, including 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Possess skills in communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in building, evaluating, improving, and enhancing quality standards.
