QC staff

• Receive and respond to customer complaints.
• Analyze the claimed samples and investigate the issue with the relevant departments.
• Issue a corrective action form to the department responsible for the mistake.
• Write the QC report once the checking process is finished.
• Respond to questions and concerns from the Sales team regarding product quality.

Education

• Graduated College or University. Chemistry major is preferred

Experience

• Working experience in field of QC is preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding of production processes and Quality Control measures.
• English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
