Job Description

· Maintain Health, Safety and Environment Management and Quality Management, Accreditation for all sites of TÜV Rheinland Vietnam.

HSE Related Roles and Responsibilities (70%)

· Understand the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS), Policies, main processes, Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s), tools and statutory & regulatory requirements as they affect the company’s activities and ensure that the requirements are implemented in all TÜV Rheinland (TR) locations of the country.

· Ensure HSE internal / external issues, needs and expectation of interested parties and risks and opportunities are identified and actions implemented in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / statutory & regulatory requirements.

· Report HSEMS status / performance to the top management.

· Determine legal requirements of the country related to HSE, update, maintain & review the legal register on timely manner.

· Identify environmental aspects and impacts, update maintain & review

· Ensure emergency preparedness are in place according to emergency preparedness process requirements.

· Ensure Annual HSE objectives are communicated and track.

· Conduct HSE Committee Meetings as planned and ensure all actions arise from the committee meetings are closed on timely manner.

· Conduct HSE internal audits for other countries as and when assigned.

· Conduct HSE Management Review, prepare Report and ensure all actions arising from

· Management Review are closed on time.

· Follow up on CAPA with action owners for HSE related actions to ensure on time closure.

· Coordinate Green House Gas reduction measures to achieve emission reduction target.

QM – Accreditation Related Roles and Responsibilities (30%)

· Responsible as formal reviewer for local documents.

· Implement and maintain global Manual integrated management system in each legal entity together with the support from business QM representatives.

· Responsible to follow requirements of complaint management process

· Facilitate local level Management Review meeting.

· Support MD to identify annual internal audit needs and register into system.

· Conduct internal audits as lead auditor (management system requirements) as and when assigned.

· Follow up open internal audit NCs and ensure on time closure.

· Responsible for coordination and communication with the external party on scheduling of external audits related to accreditation / certification / authorization / notification.

· Responsible to communicate with the external party on closure of external audits related to accreditation / certification / authorization / notification

· Support business field for clients audits as and when needed.

· Support on QM related information as and when necessary for business related tender(s) / Bid(s) / Pre-qualification(s).

· Support in identifying, maintaining risks & opportunities in accordance with ISO 9001standard requirements and for taking necessary actions and maintaining related records.

· Responsible to set up and monitor QM objectives in accordance with the regional / business objectives.

· Support in implementing Impartiality requirements in accordance with applicable standards/ business requirements which includes conducting impartiality committee / local advisory board meetings, impartiality policy development, communications, etc.

· Support to identify QM-Accreditation related training needs analysis & identification and for developing training plan(s).

· Responsible to deliver QHSE induction trainings to all newly joined employees for respective legal entity.

· Act as local support for online tool (EtQ modules, CRM, Sales Force).

Job Requirement

·       Over 5 years of experience in QHSE role in total in which 1- 2 years of hands on experience in implementation & maintenance of QM – HSE – Accreditation management system.

·       Thorough knowledge on ISO 9001 standard requirements

·       Thorough knowledge on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards requirements

·       Thorough knowledge on different ISO/ IEC 170xx accreditation requirements

·       Experience in internal audit process

·       Experience in implementing Green House Gas emission reduction initiatives

·       Good communication Skills

·       Being helpful, respectful, approachable

·       Good knowledge and experience of statutory legislation and regulations

·       Good documentation skills

·       Good English (good command of written and spoken)
