About Us
We are a Melbourne-based architecture and design practice delivering high-end residential homes, townhouse developments, and selected commercial/shop fit-out projects. We work closely with developers, builders, and consultants to produce efficient, buildable, and cost-effective outcomes.

• Receive, inspect, and study project records and technical drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates; continuously update market unit prices.
• Analyze expenses for maintenance and additional construction requirements.
• Search for and contact material suppliers to ensure effective and competitive estimation.
• Proactively coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow completion.
• Prepare and finalize detailed quotation dossiers for construction projects.

• Proficiency in English (working directly with foreign counterparts).
• A relevant bachelor’s degree and related qualifications will be highly regarded
• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or Estimator is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Strong financial analysis and cost estimation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, pricing, and the overall industry landscape
