Quality Assurance and HSE Officer

• Support to develop, implement, and maintain QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, ISO 14001, GMP).

• Monitor product and process quality to meet specifications.

• Handle non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.

Xử lý sự không phù hợp, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và thực hiện hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa.

• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

Thực hiện audit nội bộ và hỗ trợ audit bên ngoài/khách hàng.

• Manage quality documents (SOP, WI, records).

Quản lý tài liệu chất lượng (quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc, hồ sơ)

• Analyze quality data and propose improvements.

• Follow the continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen.

• Establish packaging standards for products.

• Conduct training sessions including Orientation and On-the-Job Training (OJT) related to quality

• Manage NPI documentation and ensure proper handover to the Production department

• Prepare Control Plans, PFMEA, and PPAP documents for awarded projects and submit them to customers

• Follow up corrective actions and effectiveness of supplier

• Implement and maintain HSE systems (ISO 14001, Occupation Health and Safety)

• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls.
  Nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất biện pháp kiểm soát.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá và điều tra sự cố.

• Organize HSE training and awareness programs

Tổ chức đào tạo và nâng cao nhận thức về HSE

• Monitor environmental aspects (waste, emissions, chemicals)

Giám sát các khía cạnh môi trường (chất thải, khí thải, hóa chất)

• At least 02 years of experience in QA and/or HSE roles / Có tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực QA và/hoặc HSE
• Familiar with core tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP if applicable). / Thành thạo các công cụ chất lượng (SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP nếu áp dụng).
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) / Kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn An toàn, Sức khỏe & Môi trường (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GMP) / Am hiểu HT QLCL như ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GMP
• Understanding of legal requirements related to labor safety, environment, and occupational health / Hiểu biết về các yêu cầu pháp luật liên quan đến an toàn lao động, môi trường và sức khỏe nghề nghiệp
• Familiarity with internal audits and CAPA processes / Hiểu biết về đánh giá nội bộ và quy trình hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa (CAPA)
• Understanding of chemical, waste management, and environmental monitoring / Hiểu biết về quản lý hóa chất, chất thải và quan trắc môi trường
• Basic knowledge of HSE training and communication / Kiến thức cơ bản về đào tạo và truyền thông HSE
• Proficient in English (all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
