1. SQM:
- Establish standards of work instructions for production and QC team.
- Verify compliance with standards according to GMP, SSOP.
- Prepare documents, standard for HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal, Costco certification audits.
- Training workers, QC about standards, food safety awareness.
- Periodically audit, and report of factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of ISO, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRC and others.
2. Customer complaint:
- Resolve customer complaints related to products such as kimchi, sauce, and seaweed.
- Check storage conditions of products in the market.
- Recommend improvement actions to reduce complaints.
3. Management TTS:
- Receive and transfer TTS to relevant departments.
- Records document.
4. Pest Control:
- Monitor equipment and facilities, supervise vendors, maintain records, and support audits.
- Candidates with a pest control training certificate will be preferred.
5. Others:
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Graduated from University with majoring Food Technology or relevant
- Experienced at least 2 year with relevant position
- Knowledge for ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC
- Good English skills, Microsoft Office skills.
- Having relevant Pest Control certifications is an advantage
