Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

Ensure product standards and the product development process:

• Guarantee that products are developed according to established quality standards, minimizing defects and maximizing customer satisfaction

Analyze and evaluate the product development process:

• Analyze and evaluate the product development process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement within the development process to enhance overall product quality and adherence to standards

Collaborate with other departments:

• Collaborate with other departments (RnD, Product, Production) to ensure product quality from the design phase to production
• Foster teamwork across departments to ensure a seamless transition from design to production, maintaining high-quality outputs

Build and maintain product standard documentation:

• Create a comprehensive reference for product standards that facilitates consistency and quality across all production stages

Monitor, develop, and update progress

• Monitor, develop, and update progress with relevant departments regarding new samples/mockups related to product development and improvement of product quality in accordance with standards and product specifications.
• Guarantee that standard documentation is readily available for relevant departments to ensure consistency and quality across processes

Handle claims and complaints:

• Handle claims and complaints related to structural durability, packaging, or issues where the product fails to meet quality or structural standards
• The goal is to ensure prompt resolution of issues related to standards and quality, prevent recurrence, and maintain overall product quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.

Conduct regular assessments and inspections to ensure product quality

• Monitor product quality consistently, ensuring adherence to standards and timely identification of potential issues.

Manage Tasks:

• Receive tasks from managers/leaders and execute them according to the required plan/timeline.
• Report, update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation.

Problem-Solving Skills

• Identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to ensure product quality and compliance with standards

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Production Management, Quality Management, or a related field
• Above 2 year of relevant work experience in furniture manufacturing processes and quality standards in the furniture industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards in the furniture industry
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• People connection and teamwork skills
• Responsibility and ability to handle pressure
• Listening, understanding, and sharing skills
• Learning agility, curiosity for new things
• Attention to detail and precision in work
