Lead and control the implementation of food safety systems, laboratory management systems in compliance with BRC, ISO 17025
Oversee and control product quality through effective sampling, inspection, and laboratory testing processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade facilities and infrastructure to meet and exceed food safety standards
Plan and optimize resources for laboratory testing and quality inspection to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
Ensure strong teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation within the department
Safeguard company assets, including technology and equipment, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies and information security regulations
Manage and coordinate second-party and third-party audits, ensuring full compliance and successful certification outcomes
Manage and continuously improve the laboratory management system, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing enhancement
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience
At least 5 years in a QA Manager position
Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing
Solid experience in managing QA/QC teams
Strong knowledge of: GMP, HACCP, BRC standards, ISO 17025, in addition to Halal, Kosher, Organic, UEBT, RA.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
