Quality Assurance Senior Executive

1. Quality Assurance

• Understand and stay updated on Vietnam regulations related to food quality and documentation.
• Ensure all products fully comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on regulatory programs, tracking files, and internal systems as required.
• Monitor, manage, and control the validity and expiry dates of quality documents.

2. Supplier Support

• Provide consultation and guidance to suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Support suppliers in preparing, completing, and submitting required quality documentation.

3. QC (Store) Support

• Work closely with Store QC teams to provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure quality control procedures at stores are properly implemented.

4. Rules & Regulations Compliance

• Comply with all working procedures, internal policies, and company regulations.
• Monitor and guide Merchandisers (MDs) and suppliers to ensure compliance with internal rules and legal requirements.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of food quality systems and standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, 5S, etc.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or fresh food receiving/inspection.

Skills & Abilities

• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
