QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER – JLPT N2

− Material Quality Inspection:

• Inspect quality certificates of input materials (steel, bolts, welds, etc.)
• Inspect dimensions, shape, and surface of steel products..

− Production Process Inspection:

• Monitor cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes of steel structures.
• Inspect welds and joints to ensure quality and durability.

− Finished Product Inspection:

• Inspect dimensions, shape, and accuracy of finished products against drawings.
• Inspect other technical parameters such as hardness, strength, and load-bearing capacity.

− Inspection Report: Prepare detailed inspection reports, record any arising issues, and propose solutions.

− Acceptance Testing: Participate in acceptance meetings and product handover.

− Technical Information Update: Research and update new standards and regulations on steel structure quality control.

− Support Other Tasks: Support other department tasks when assigned.

−         Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

−         Language: Japanese JLPT N2 or English to read and understand specialized documents.

−         Age: 24-50, Male.

−         Preference: Vietnamese or Japanese nationals with work and living experience in Japan, meeting all the required qualifications for the position.

−         Experience:

• Holder of a Japanese Steel Structure Product Inspection Certificate.
•  建築鉄骨製品検査技術者　鉄骨技術者教育センター(Steel-Fabrication Enginees  Education Center)
• At least 5 years of experience in steel structure quality control.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.

−         Knowledge:

• Proficient in steel structure QC standards and regulations
• Understanding of non-destructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasonic, X-ray).
• Proficient use of specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Possess level 3 ultrasonic testing certification according to international standards (e.g., AS Instead of above Japanese Certification; Certification by ASNT as NDT UT level 3)

−         Skills:

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
