Job Description

Conduct in-line and final quality inspections at footwear factories across Vietnam
Verify product compliance against tech packs, approved samples, and brand standards
Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and production deviations
Communicate inspection findings clearly to the merchandising team and factories
Follow up on corrective actions and re-inspections
Prepare detailed QC reports with photos and findings after each factory visit
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of QC experience in footwear (mandatory)
Strong technical knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Fluent English — written and spoken (mandatory for client reporting)
Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
Advanced Excel and report-writing skills
Ability to travel to factories across Vietnam when required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with European brands or quality standards is a strong plus
