Job Description

To ensure incoming QC, in process QC and outgoing QC are carried out effectively.
Inspect incoming fabricated parts and manufactured parts based on defined sampling plan and 100% inspection.
Responsible for on time delivery of all inspections.
To ensure repeatability in measurement and correct measurement methods.
Ensure that all items meet the specifications, where non-compliance is identified and recorded.
Ensure and monitoring that items need to be inspected according to the end date so that there would be on time inspection.
Involve in First Article Inspection (FAI) activities sample followed by drawing.
To perform a special requested and EQC (External Quality Control) for checking in accordance with the instructions given by the superior.
Ensure all quality inspection reports are accurately scanned, uploaded, and maintained in the designated SharePoint document management system.
Other tasks related to job requirements assigned by direct superior.

Minimum Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree.
2-3 years experience in related field.
Able to speak and write in English is a requirement.
Understanding basic statistical control.
Good knowledge of GD&T.
Capability in various measurement methods.
Understand machining process.
Good knowledge in toolset concepts.
Capable to perform QC inspection with standard mechanical measuring equipment such as CMM, Profile Projector, Height Gauge etc.
