Quality Engineer

Job Description

We specialize in producing advanced industrial materials, primarily high-quality tire cord fabrics and steel cords for the automotive industry. Located in Tam Ky, Quang Nam, we are a key supplier in the global tire manufacturing supply chain and looking for Quality Engineer with details:

• Communicate and resolve quality issues with customers (tire companies).
• Receive requests from customers, prepare for, and welcome customers visiting/auditing the factory.
• Manage/take responsibility for quality as per specific customer requirements at the factory.
• Process and manage Approval for materials used in tires (Tirecord).

Reporting Structure & Work Environment

• This position reports to a Korean manager (Head of QA department for the Tirecord factory).
• Working in the QA Department, coordinating with the Production Department; primarily working with customers (tire companies) to resolve quality issues and process Approvals.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, having worked or currently working in the production stage of a tire manufacturing factory.
• Good understanding of tires, the process for handling quality issues, and the coordination process between QA & Production.
• Good English communication (communicating/working with customers, reading documents, drafting emails).
• Good communication skills, especially the ability to manage customer expectations.
