      Job Description

      • Quản lý khiếu nại khách hàng, RMA và theo dõi hành động khắc phục/ phòng ngừa.
      • Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, dẫn dắt các dự án cải tiến liên tục và tối ưu quy trình.
      • Thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (ISO 9001/ISO 13485).
      • Xây dựng, cập nhật tài liệu, đào tạo nhân viên và theo dõi các chỉ số chất lượng.
      • Quản lý tiến độ nhiều dự án, phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đảm bảo mục tiêu chất lượng.
      • Tuân thủ quy định về 5S, an toàn, môi trường và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

      Job Requirement

      • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (ưu tiên Cơ khí/Công nghiệp, Thạc sĩ).
      • Có 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chất lượng.
      • Am hiểu ISO 9001:2015, công cụ chất lượng (5 Why, 8D, FMEA...) và quản lý dự án.
      • Có kiến thức về thống kê, Lean, Six Sigma (ưu tiên Green Belt).
      • Thành thạo Microsoft Office, ưu tiên Excel nâng cao.
      • Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ CQE, Lead Auditor hoặc Internal Auditor.
      • Sẵn sàng đi công tác.
