Quality Intern (Any university) - No shuttle bus

1. Quality Assurance:

• Control the quality of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments (PE, Production, Warehouse, Procurement) to improve processes and enhance product quality.

2. Process Control:

• Optimize production processes and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to establish and update key material and supplier lists, monitoring them against audit criteria (quality, service, price, delivery).
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.

3. Report & others assigned tasks

Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates from any university, majoring in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or other related fields.

• Candidates currently living in Dong Nai or willing to relocate to Dong Nai are preferred.

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 7 QC Tools, MSA, SPC, or Cpk is an advantage.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to learn, adaptability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for six months.

• Opportunity to become a permanent employee upon successful completion of the six-month internship, subject to performance and business needs.
