Quality Laboratory Engineer

Job Purpose:

Be responsible for supporting the Product Quality Assurance by preparing, starting, monitoring and measuring the results of planned reliability stress testing.

1. Ensure that quality assurance Lab daily activities are carried out smoothly.

2. Ensure that the turnaround time for receiving inspection is done within the goal set by Laboratory quality manager

3. Receive samples, make plan and implement testing on FIFO basis.

4. Preserve and implement 5S for all Lab equipment in good condition to operation

5. Make plan and implement the calibration plan of all measuring equipment to ensure all measuring equipment in conformity state.

6. Initiate Nonconforming Report, rejected samples.

7. Ensure that all urgent parts are inspected promptly and released to stockroom to avoid any line down situation.

8. Do Volume product quality control test (VPQCT) periodically

9. Contact with Head Quarter about developing some new tests

10. Complete the other tasks from Lab and Customer Quality Manager

University/ College Degree

2 years working experience of Lab equipment control and preparing sample for reliability test

1. Familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001
2. English (advantage)
