Quality Management Intern -Thực tập sinh quản lý chất lượng

Inspection & Documentation:

• Check product artworks and information prior to import.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming goods.
• Inspect the quality of imported, returned, damaged, and destroyed goods.

Labelling & Redressing:

• Perform redressing (sub-labelling) and maintain accurate batch records for these activities.
• Coordinate the ordering of sub-labels, leaflets, and Instructions for Use (IFU).

Operational Compliance:

• Support temperature distribution validation for the warehouse and transportation vehicles.
• Conduct monthly checks on temperature alarms and insect traps.
• Monitor the cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of warehouse equipment.

General Support:

• Assist the QM team with other tasks as assigned by the QM Executive.

• Final year student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• No prior experience required, though basic knowledge of quality management is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Strong work organization, communication, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• High learning agility and a proactive "can-do" spirit.
