Quality Manager

· Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system in compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO 9001)

· Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address quality issues

· Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements that enhance product quality and reliability

· Oversee the production process and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements

· Develop and implement quality control procedures, including incoming inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections

· Manage the calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement results

· Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement

· Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues

· Provide quality training to employees to ensure that they understand quality requirements and expectations

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet quality requirements and provide high-quality materials and components

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

·       At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in manufacturing, with experience in ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance

·       Strong understanding of quality management principles and tools, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning

·       Knowledge of HVAC systems and components is a plus
