Quality Supervisor (Must speak Chinese & English)

Quality Management:

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Monitor quality control activities, from raw material inspection, production processes to final product.

• Analyze and resolve product defects, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Manage customer complaints, provide timely corrective actions, and report results.

Process and System Management:

• Develop and update quality control documentation (SOPs, inspection procedures, work instructions).

• Train employees on traceability systems and quality inspection processes.

• Coordinate internal audits and work with external certification bodies.

EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Management:

• Organize, implement, and monitor 5S programs, workplace safety, and environmental management at the factory.

• Conduct regular safety training and evaluations for employees.

• Propose improvements to minimize risks and comply with EHS standards.

Human Resources and Training Management:

• Lead and train the QA/QC team to improve capabilities and work efficiency.

• Evaluate employee performance, implement KPIs, and create individual development plans.

• Organize regular meetings to discuss and improve quality.

• College degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and Lean, 5S, Kaizen methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in office software and ERP systems.

• Basic English proficiency and Chinese is a must.
