      Job Description

      • Manage Quality control operation.
      • Manage a group of quality technicians, inspectors, operators.
      • Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
      • Directs subordinates on day-to-day basis to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
      • Understands and follows guidance to ensure work is performed efficiently. Can make decisions within normal operating conditions.
      • Implement quality engineering documentation for new or revised products.
      • Collaborate with Engineering to transfer the required quality process and product customized application specific products.
      • Translate quality engineering documents into Vietnamese as required supporting Quality (Works instruction, Inspection sheet, Operation form).
      • Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes, methods, and controls.
      • Establish quality standard operating procedures for current or newly improved processes.
      • Participate in Lean, Six-sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and yield enhancement activities.
      • Follow, monitor quality planning and shipping.
      • Develop skill-set training program of quality operators.
      • Create project work plans and monitors progress; understands team role; able to work many tasks simultaneously.

      Job Requirement

      • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Quality control or relevant jobs in manufacturing field
      • Have the experience to lead technicians or inspectors is a plus
      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences or relevant field.
      • Experience of quality tool: FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, Problem solving, ISO auditor, 8D
      • Professional skill in reading 2D drawings.
      • In-depth measurement knowledge.
      • Well-developed trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
      • Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.
      • Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency
      • Good command of oral and written communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
