Quality Technician

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Analyze and handle in‑process quality issues and abnormalities.
• Analyze and resolve quality problems using quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.
• Handle customer complaints and drive quality improvement actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, and prepare quality reports.
• Participate in system, process, and customer audits.

• At least 3 years of experience in measurement‑related work.
• Familiar with quality management systems and commonly used quality tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings and possess good data analysis skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Lanague: base English /or Chinese communication skill.
