1. According to PI to arrange the import schedule

2. Coordinate with warehouse, Inland, Carrier, and Port terminal to arrange all kinds of transportation

3. Check Import CDS and related import documents and inform to all related parties

4. Understanding customs regulations/HS CODE/procedure of inspection/DMMT to ensure company will comply with VN regulations

5. Apply cargo claim when cargo damages arisen

6. Make periodical import shipping management reports

College Degree or above

Fluent in Mandarin/English

1-2 years experience

Int'l business administration/trade...ETC

Proficient with automatic computer skill, such as power BI, power automate, power query, or coding will be a plus
