To further strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a Marketing Manager - a key role responsible for building marketing strategies, translating brand direction into concrete actions, impactful campaigns, and sustainable growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with brand strategy 

  • Implement IMC, Digital, PR, Event, and Partnership campaigns 

  • Lead CRM strategy, loyalty programs, and customer journey management 

  • Analyze data to optimize conversion, retention, and ROI 

  • Manage and develop the Marketing team 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKIN

Job Requirement

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields 

Experience 

  • 10+ years of Marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in strategic marketing management roles (preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Retail) 

  • Proven experience in IMC and Performance Marketing execution 

  • Strong expertise in CRM and data analytics 

  • Strong execution mindset and market sensitivity 

  • Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination 

Professional Knowledge 

  • Integrated Marketing & Performance Marketing 

  • CRM, Customer Journey & Data Analytics 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Data-driven mindset with performance optimization capability 

  • Strong execution ability 

  • Project management and cross-functional coordination skills 

  • Proficiency in foreign languages (English preferred) to align with international standards
