R&D Documentation Engineer

o Understand about bill of material (BOM) structure of product.

o Assist in creating new Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials.

o Requires some knowledge in Engineering Change (EC) for product from manufacture site.

o Requires some knowledge and understanding of Bill of Materials within an ERP system and how they affect the manufacturing process.

o Generate, update and release picking documents.

o Ability to use CAD programs (Auto-CAD, Adobe Illustrator …) to investigate design and verify BOM accuracy. Conducts BOM and pick document reviews at various steps in the assembly and fabrication processes.

o Close cooperation with the design department and sales departments to optimally implement customer requests

o Requires the ability to understand engineering drawings to verify material usage and part quantities.

o Work directly between engineering, suppliers and purchaser to ensure product BOMs are setup correctly to issue jobs.

o Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product BOMs and picking documents.

o University degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical major

o Good in English communication, writing, reading.

o > 2 year experience.

o Experience with ERP system.

o Must be proficient in Office skill, Auto-CAD, Adobe Illustrator.

o Understanding about electrical/electronic component/material.

o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
