R&D Specialist

- Take responsibility for all activities related to nuts products (roasted, coated, butter…)
- Analyze market/ benchmarking products.
- Make lab samples and send to customers according to the business team’s request.
- Assign tasks for underlings and manage the progress of team’s requested samples.
- Conduct shelf-life tests for developed products.
- Conduct sensory evaluation for products.
- Build up technical documents: specification (of materials, finished goods), production flowchart…
- Issue standard samples and documents under R&D scope for the commercialisation of products.

- Cooperate with related sections to solve customer’s complaints related to quality and sensory.

• Degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science/ Chemical Engineering (in University or College).
• Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point…
• Loving research & development.
• Logical thinking, communication skills.
• Experience with project management is preferrable.
• Teamwork skills.
