• Operate analytical equipment and machinery necessary for product analysis after designing and synthesizing chemical products.
• Research, improve and create new product lines or existing products for businesses that meet the following requirements: features, materials, colors, quality...

• Bachelor’s Degree in majoring in chemistry, polymer chemistry or other related fields: Chemistry, Materials Science and Technology,…
• Possible to speak English, write, read IT about basic conversation & chemistry method (Korean is prefer).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 0-3 year-experience in related fields.
• Experiences in related fields below is preferable:

1. Polycaboxylate dispersant agent

2. Synthesis of polymerization based on waterborne

3. Organic synthesis

4. Waterborne type of surfactant, additive

• Have proficient research, recipe making & industrialization knowledge and skills.
• Have proactive learning attitude, effective communication, self-study.
