R&D Staff

- Research and develop new products; formulate products as required by company.

- Provide documented standards and specifications for all the ingredients, process and finished products.

- Conduct evaluation on testing of alternate materials to expand material choice without compromising product quality as well as cost saving activities or product modifications.

- Take part in training with QA/QC and production department in running the process

- Follow instructions from higher authorities in doing R&D works

- Conduct analysis on complaints of customer about products.

- B.A, major: chemistry, material or related field.

- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word...

- Experience in ISO, GMP & other certifications is highly appreciated.

- Fast learning, team spririt & working under high pressure.
