R&D Staff

1. Job Purpose

Support the R&D Supervisor in research and development activities, including new product development, product improvement, material evaluation, and OEM/ODM product projects to ensure product quality and meet market requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D Supervisor in implementing R&D activities related to product development and material evaluation.
• Conduct research and support the development of new products, product improvements, and new SKUs.
• Collect and analyze information related to market trends, product performance, and technical specifications to support R&D projects.
• Prepare documentation for product and material applications, including testing plans and evaluation reports.
• Perform product testing and evaluation, including internal products and competitor products.
• Conduct material testing and diaper application testing to evaluate product performance and quality.
• Participate in and support trial runs for new products, improved products, new materials, and OEM/ODM products.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Production, QA, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing during product development and testing processes.
• Monitor trial run results and summarize data to support product improvement and optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to R&D activities in accordance with company procedures and standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the R&D Supervisor or management.

1. Workplace: Lot A1-6, N5 Street, Tay Bac Cu Chi t Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)

2. Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 1 years of experience in R&D, product development, or quality testing in a manufacturing environment (experience in FMCG or hygiene products is an advantage).

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of product development processes, material testing, and quality evaluation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product performance standards is preferred.
