[RCC] Production Specialist (Chuyên viên sản xuất hình ảnh/quay chụp/designer)

Job Description

· Thiết kế poster 2D, 3D phục vụ cho các hoạt động truyền thông, marketing và sản xuất nội dung

Responsible for designing 2D and 3D posters for the company's communication, marketing, and content production activities.

· Quay phim, chụp ảnh và dựng clip theo yêu cầu của từng dự án.

Conduct filming, photography, and video editing as required for each project, ensuring high image and sound quality.

· Tạo motion graphic và các hiệu ứng hình ảnh động phù hợp với nội dung.

Create motion graphics and animated visual effects suitable for communication content.

· Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản chi tiết, xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất hình ảnh và video theo yêu cầu.

Collaborate with relevant departments to develop ideas, create scripts, and execute plans for producing visual and video content.

· Chỉnh sửa, cắt ghép video, thêm hiệu ứng, đồ họa, âm thanh để tạo ra sản phẩm chất lượng, đúng định hướng thương hiệu.

Edit and refine videos by adding effects, graphics, and sound to ensure the final product aligns with the brand's direction.

· Tối ưu hóa nội dung hình ảnh và video cho từng nền tảng như Insta, Facebook, Website...

Optimize visual and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.

· Làm việc với nhiều outlet khác nhau trong công ty để đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với từng kênh truyền thông.

Collaborate with relevant departments to develop ideas, create scripts, and execute plans for producing visual and video content.H

· Hỗ trợ quay phim và chụp hình ngoài giờ khi cần.

Provide support for filming and photography outside regular hours when needed.

· Cập nhật xu hướng sản xuất nội dung mới, đề xuất cải tiến để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.

Stay updated on new content production trends and propose improvements to enhance product quality.

· Đảm bảo tiến độ công việc đúng deadline.

Ensure work progress aligns with planned schedules and management requirements.

Job Requirement

- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế đồ họa 2D, 3D và thành thạo các phần mềm như Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma…

Experience in 2D and 3D graphic design, proficient in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Figma.

- Có kinh nghiệm quay phim, chụp ảnh, dựng phim và thành thạo các phần mềm chỉnh sửa video (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve…)

Skilled in filming, photography, video editing, and proficient in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

- Hiểu biết về ánh sáng, âm thanh, bố cục hình ảnh và kỹ thuật quay phim.

Knowledgeable about lighting, sound, image composition, and professional filming techniques.

- Có khả năng sáng tạo, bắt kịp xu hướng sản xuất nội dung số.

Creative, proactive in updating and applying trends in digital content production.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhiều role khác nhau.

Experience working in multiple roles throughout the content production process

- Làm việc linh hoạt, có thể điều chỉnh thời gian theo lịch trình event.

Flexible in work schedules, able to adjust working hours to fit event timelines.
