Recruiter

• Develop and execute end-to-end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
• Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
• Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.

• 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and confident, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills
• Familiar with the local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
