- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding follow-up.
- Source and engage IT talents through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain IT talent pool across Software, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other technology functions.
- Provide market insights on IT talent availability, salary trends, and hiring challenges.
2. Client & Candidate Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Provide career consultation and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Act as a bridge between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Business & Team Contribution
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and support team business goals.
- Develop client and candidate network to support recruitment growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
4. Database & Process Management
- Maintain accurate client and candidate records in CRM/ATS.
- Follow company processes and ensure quality recruitment delivery.
