● Utilize social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn to source candidates based on recruitment needs.
● Provide consulting and information about open positions to potential candidates.
● Monitor recruitment progress and propose plans to enhance productivity and quality.
● Manage and maintain candidate information.
● Support initiatives to promote the JT1 brand within the Vietnamese labor market.
● Interest in working in the human resources industry, particularly in recruitment services and headhunting.
● Strong communication skills, especially via chat and email.
● Proficiency in English.
● Availability to work at least 28 hours per week for 3+ months.
● Proactive performance mindset with strong leadership and management potential.
