Candidate Sourcing

• Search for potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Use Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Update and maintain candidate data accurately in the tracking system.

Client/Market Research

• Identify and collect data on target companies, hiring trends, and key decision-makers.
• Build and update lists of potential clients in target industries (e.g., IT, finance, manufacturing, etc.).
• Support team in preparing client profiles and pitch material.

Coordination & Support

• Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and tracking candidate progress.
• Collaborate with team members on various recruitment or business development tasks as needed.

• Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and basic sourcing techniques (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about recruitment and business.
