Job Description

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for all positions in the plasma and injectable drug manufacturing facility.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles (Production, QC, R&D, Engineering, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, universities, and industry networks.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in recruitment practices.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirement

  • Age: 35–50, Vietnamese or foreign candidate.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for technical and industrial positions in GMP-certified pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing environments (plasma products, injectables, biologics).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, assessment techniques, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, German, French) is a plus.
