RECRUITMENT & TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Job Description

1. Recruitment

• Receive and review hiring requests from departments; advise on appropriate recruitment approaches.

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring recommendations.

• Coordinate with Line Managers throughout the interview and selection process.

• Build, manage, and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.

• Track and report basic recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

2. Training

• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs based on job roles and performance gaps.

• Plan and organize onboarding and internal training programs.

• Support the implementation of skill-based and professional training sessions.

• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.

• Maintain training records, participant lists, and training materials.

3. Other HR Activities

• Support other HR-related activities as assigned (employee engagement, probation review, HR support tasks).

• Perform other duties as required by direct management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment 

• Solid understanding of recruitment and training processes and HR fundamentals.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good planning, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
