Job Description

1. Recruitment

  • Develop recruitment plans based on department needs
  • Receive and analyze hiring requests
  • Post job ads, source and screen candidates
  • Arrange and coordinate interview schedules
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Handle onboarding process for new hires
  • Monitor probation, evaluate performance & process labor contracts
  • Build and maintain candidate database

2. Training

  • Conduct orientation training for new employees
  • Collect and analyze company-wide training needs
  • Develop annual training plan and budget
  • Coordinate and organize internal training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Manage training records and data

3. Administration

  • Update organizational chart periodically
  • Manage labor contracts (new, renewal)
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and warnings
  • Conduct exit interviews and resignation reports
  • Manage employee insurance (Bao Viet)
  • Prepare HR-related reports (medical, discipline, workforce…)

4. Others

  • Participate in internal/external audits when required
  • Perform other tasks assigned by HR-AD Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment & training
  • Good command of written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Good communication, proactive, responsible
