Job Description

FUNCTIONS

Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet manpower demands at all levels.
Manage recruitment channels, labor suppliers, and university/college partnerships; build and maintain talent pools.
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, coordinate line interviews, prepare offers, and manage onboarding processes.
Conduct newcomer orientation and RBA training; manage training plans, training matrix, retraining records, OSH training, and radiation-related records.
Perform general HR and administrative tasks, including correspondence handling, records management, and internal database updates.
Prepare HR documentation for newcomers; manage probation, labor contracts, and employee records in compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate social insurance, labor procedures, employee benefits, timekeeping, payroll support, overtime and allowance reporting.
Prepare and maintain documentation for internal, customer, and ISO audits; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Organize company visits, career activities for students, and coordinate internal and external events.
Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety compliance activities.

WORKING TIME

At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or relevant fields
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Graduated from College/University in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related majors
